In this role, you will bridge cutting-edge science with human drug discovery. You will work with advanced in vitro and in vivo translational models, state-of-the-art imaging technologies, and AI-powered image analysis platforms. You will contribute to investigations of human disease biology and therapeutic mechanisms while gaining hands-on experience and mentorship from a cross-disciplinary team of experts.

You will learn, ask questions, and bring your ideas to life, supported by mentors and collaborative teams.

Main Responsibilities

• Conduct translational research using in vitro and in vivo disease models to investigate human disease biology and evaluate therapeutic mechanisms of action
• Use advanced imaging technologies and histopathology tools to generate high-quality data that supports drug discovery programs
• Apply AI-based image analysis systems and computational tools to quantify and interpret complex biological datasets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including pathologists, imaging scientists, biologists, and data scientists, on translational research objectives
• Take part in experimental design, data collection, analysis, and presenting findings to project teams
• Maintain accurate, detailed laboratory records in line with Good Laboratory Practices and regulatory standards
• Contribute to scientific discussions and present research progress at team meetings
• Engage in professional development and training throughout the internship
• Support the translation of preclinical findings to inform clinical development strategies
