This is a full-time, Monday to Friday co-op running January through August, including the Spring semester. Students are expected to take a semester off from coursework to fully take part in this working mentorship.

What You Will Do

• Partner with HR and business stakeholders to prepare and drive core talent management initiatives, such as talent reviews, talent councils, performance management and employee movement.
• Assemble documentation and coordinate logistics (scheduling, agendas and prework) for talent review and talent council sessions.
• Take part in talent review and talent council sessions, capturing notes, tracking action items and supporting follow-up.
• Track and report on key talent management metrics, including performance management participation for senior leadership team members.
• Coordinate timelines and draft resources for executive talent movement with key stakeholders.
• Analyze key talent management metrics and prepare for monthly business reviews.
• Prepare materials for team off-sites, weekly staff meetings and other team forums as needed.

What You Will Learn
