  • Research, review, and test techniques for efficiency and planning.
  • Help identify operational issues by studying functional and performance systems.

What You Will Learn

  • Gain knowledge of the sequencing of work such as build and delivery, to ensure smooth operations and optimal use of resources.
  • Develop strong leadership skills to coordinate across teams and ensure project efficiency.
  • Understand the importance of meticulous documentation and adherence to standards in engineering practices.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Must be pursuing a Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) major and be actively enrolled through the completion of the co-op session.
  • Experience in CAD modeling.
  • Experience in automation/robotics, 3D modeling of tooling and fixtures.

Experience may be obtained through on-the-job experience, research, coursework, or projects.
