What You Will Do

• Support engineering activities such as integration and test, modeling and simulation, requirements analysis, data analysis, and ground and flight test data analysis.
• Document analysis results in reports and briefings for internal and external stakeholders.
• Take part in key processes such as peer, gate, and test readiness reviews.

This position is an onsite role in Fort Wayne, IN.

What You Will Learn

After comprehensive on-the-job training, you will join a team supporting systems development, integration, and test.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics (STEM), and actively enrolled through the completion of the internship or co-op session.
• A minimum of 60 hours of credit by the start of the internship or co-op session.
• Experience troubleshooting technical software or hardware issues, creating analysis tools, and/or automating data sets.
• Experience scripting with MATLAB, Python, C/C++, Linux, Unix, and/or other programming languages.
• Experience may come from on-the-job work, research, coursework, or projects.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Prior RTX internship, co-op, or work experience.
• Knowledge of integration, verification, or operational concepts.
• Experience with MATLAB and Linux operating systems.
• Experience developing and evaluating hardware and test requirements.
• Experience creating test procedures, test scripts, and maintaining configuration control documentation.
