End User Support Co-op in Cambridge, MA

The ideal candidate has desktop support experience and can work independently with moderate to limited oversight. You will configure laptops and desktops running Windows 11, macOS and Linux to meet BBN standards. The End User Services team moves quickly, so you should learn and adapt to new technologies fast. Flexibility and attention to detail are essential to the team's success.

What You Will Do

• Perform installations, repairs, upgrades, backups and other maintenance tasks.
• Handle telephone installations and removals.
• Set up audio/visual equipment for conference rooms.
• Troubleshoot a range of software and hardware issues.
• Resolve moderately complex technical problems.
• Regularly maintain and update hardware and software asset inventory databases.
