This is a full-time, Monday through Friday co-op session running June through December, including the Fall semester. Students are expected to take a semester off from coursework to fully take part in this working mentorship.

What You Will Do

• Work with Facilities and Manufacturing Engineers, production floor operators, and support staff to address and resolve site-related issues.
• Carry out continuous improvement projects that raise efficiency and productivity.
• Develop creative solutions to improve site safety.
• Help with shop floor layouts and maintain systems so the facility is ready for production, including planning for new machinery installations or relocations.
• Support projects that advance site safety and sustainability goals.

What You Will Learn

• Gain hands-on experience with manufacturing techniques used to produce advanced electronic equipment.
• Understand the systems used to maintain and improve aerospace electronics manufacturing processes.
• Learn to prioritize and manage several projects, balancing workloads and deadlines.

This role is U.S.-based and requires U.S. citizenship, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access certain necessary systems. No security clearance is required.
