About the job

Philips is looking for undergraduate (BS) and graduate (MS) students for paid 3-month internships at its Cambridge site. This is a hands-on role at a HealthTech company.

Your Role

  • Help design and refine Philips service offers for the North American healthcare market through customer and market research, data analysis, and offer-design materials. Support business cases, pilot planning, and launch readiness to improve service value and the customer experience.
  • Join the North America Services and Solutions Marketing team supporting Diagnosis & Treatment businesses. You will work with offer management, marketing, sales, service operations, finance, and business stakeholders. Document customer journeys, service workflows, requirements, and decisions, and track project milestones and follow-up actions.
  • Gain experience in product management and offer design, with coaching from experienced leaders. You will see the service-offer lifecycle from insight and concept through validation and launch planning, and build your business analysis, stakeholder management, communication, and executive-presentation skills on a healthcare services project.

How We Work Together

For office-based teams, this means working in person at least 3 days per week. This is an office role.
