Roadway Engineering Intern

Parsons is looking for a talented Roadway Engineering Intern to join the team. This position is part of the Critical Infrastructure team.

What You'll Be Doing

• Prepare construction documents, including drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Assist with the geometric design of highways and roadways, including horizontal and vertical alignments, cross sections, superelevation diagrams, gore details, vertical clearance calculations, and grading plans.
• Perform material quantity takeoffs, cost estimates, and field surveys as required.
• Use design software and CAE/CAD applications to develop and implement project designs.
• Provide technical guidance and input to CAD drafters, designers, and other engineers on the project team.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to support project delivery.

Salary range: $22.93 - $40.14. Benefits include a 401K plan and wellbeing support.
