Northrop Grumman is seeking a Business Management Analyst for an internship based at the Mission Systems sector in Cincinnati, OH. The selected candidate will join the Business Management Organization.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide cost analysis for different programs at Xetron Northrop Grumman.
• Work with functional groups such as program management, contracts and engineers to meet team goals.
• Investigate variances in data sets and explain what happened and why.
• Learn and use software tools such as Cognos, SAP and Cobra.
• Learn how programs are reported financially and the metrics tracked, including Awards, Sales, Margin, Backlog, UBAR and OCF.

Basic Qualifications

Candidates must meet all of the following:

• Be enrolled full-time in an accredited undergraduate or graduate degree program and remain enrolled full-time in Fall 2027.
• Major in a business degree (Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Economics) or a business-adjacent degree.
• Be available to work full-time (40 hours per week) for at least 10 weeks during summer 2027.
• Be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance and Program Special access within a reasonable time, as the company determines. U.S. citizenship is a prerequisite.
• Be proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Have an interest in data analysis.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Overall cumulative GPA of 3.00/4.0 or higher.
• Experience building dashboards.
