Internal Audit is an independent, objective assurance and consulting activity. It adds value and helps improve an organization's operations by bringing a systematic, disciplined approach to evaluating and strengthening risk management, control, and governance processes.

To help Nationwide serve customers with the care they deserve, the team uses data analytics, technology, and business insights to identify risks, evaluate controls, and support informed decision-making. The work offers exposure to a wide variety of business functions, emerging risks, and strategic initiatives. Job Description

As an Internal Audit intern, you will gain exposure to both assurance and advisory work. You will help teams assess risks, evaluate business processes, and provide insights that drive improvement. You will work alongside experienced professionals, learn about Nationwide's operations, and build analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills through meaningful, real-world projects.

This internship is based out of the Columbus, Ohio office for the 12 week program.
