Product Management Intern, San Jose

As a CMBU Product Management Intern, you will learn how DRAM products are defined, developed, and positioned for data center and emerging AI applications. You will help with product roadmap development, study customer requirements and market and competitive trends, and work with engineering and business teams to weigh product opportunities and tradeoffs. You will also explore how artificial intelligence and data analytics can improve product planning, market insights, and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Support DRAM product strategy, roadmap development, and product lifecycle planning.
• Conduct customer, market, and competitive analysis to identify trends and shape product requirements and positioning.
• Analyze market demand, product opportunities, and business data to support portfolio planning and forecasting.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, and other cross-functional teams on product planning and execution.
• Explore and recommend ways to apply artificial intelligence and data-driven insights to product management workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous internship, co-op, research, or project experience in product management, engineering, strategy, business analytics, or a similar area.
• Familiarity with semiconductor, memory, data center, cloud, or AI technologies and market trends.
• Experience with market research, competitive analysis, data analysis, or business-case development.
• Experience using AI and data-driven tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Excel, Power BI, Python, Confluence, JIRA, or JAMA to improve analysis and product management workflows.
• Interest in or experience applying artificial intelligence, automation, or digital tools to product management work.
