2027 Future Talent Program: Companion Animal Sales Intern

The Future Talent Program offers internships lasting up to 12 weeks, and each one includes one or more projects. These roles in our Animal Health division give you strong development opportunities and a chance to see whether we fit your long-term career goals.

The Companion Animal Summer Intern is a field-based sales role, and the location assignment is to be determined. You will act as an ambassador for some of our leading parasiticide products and new technologies in the companion animal market. You will work closely with our sales and sales management teams.

You will add value for our customers in companion animal veterinary clinics and interact with them to gain firsthand sales experience. The main focus is supporting the sales strategy across your region and territory through sales support activities, including face-to-face calls, literature orders, and other administrative tasks that drive sales.

As a sales intern in Animal Health, you will be required to rent a car. Candidates must be 20 years of age or older at the start of the internship to qualify for a rental car agreement through our rental car provider.

Additional Requirements

• Available May 24 through August 6, 2027
• Able to travel up to 50% and reside in the agreed upon city during summer 2027
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and the ability to use an iPad
• Organized, able to manage time, adapt to a changing environment, and work independently
