L&D Coordinator Co-op

The Future Talent Program offers co-operative assignments lasting up to 6 months, which may include one or more projects. The Learning & Development (L&D) Team at West Point makes sure everyone on site has the training, skills, and qualifications needed to produce products safely, meet industry demands, and stay compliant with regulations. As an L&D Operational Coordinator Co-op, you will help run the daily training operations that keep teams ready and compliant. You will work closely with team members across the site and help improve how training is delivered.

Responsibilities

• Handle Daily Training Requests: Process requests from the training portal, such as assigning courses, updating curricula, and tracking completion in the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Maintain Compliance & Records: Update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in the LMS accurately and on time.
• Support Improvements & Projects: Assist with projects that make training more effective for the L&D team and partners, such as creating simple how-to guides, testing new digital learning tools, or finding ways to automate repetitive tasks.
