Workforce and Rewards Summer Intern Boston

We are looking for a talented individual to join the Workforce and Rewards team within Marsh's People and Investments business. This role is based in Boston, MA and is hybrid, with a requirement to work in the office at least three days a week.

Marsh People and Investments helps organizations design and carry out workforce strategies, whether for a multinational or a local company growing in its market. The team provides consulting, rigorous analytics, and data-driven insights that support fact-based decisions.

As a Summer Analyst Intern, you will support client engagements across industries as a member of project teams. You will help diagnose client challenges and contribute to strategic talent solutions across Rewards, HR Transformation, Talent Strategy, Workforce Planning & Analytics, and Communications. The role combines research, modeling, and problem solving with client interaction, working alongside senior clients and internal experts in a collaborative, learning-focused setting.

What you will do

• Conduct research and analysis on industry and organization-specific issues, such as business strategy, corporate performance, compensation and rewards trends, and opportunities across talent management, HR service delivery, and HR transformation.
• Collect and examine data to build solutions tailored to client needs.
• Analyze clients' strategic, financial, and organizational information to provide insights for senior project team members.
• Work in an environment that embraces AI and technology-enabled tools.
• Take part in team problem-solving sessions to shape practical solutions for client challenges.
• Help develop presentations, reports, and recommendations that turn analysis into actionable client solutions.
