The Role

Lockheed Martin is looking for a motivated candidate to join the team as a Test Engineering intern. You will work with a high-performance team in Operations Engineering, supporting the development, testing, and integration of systems for aerospace and defense projects. This is a hands-on role focused on equipment and hardware for production programs.

This position requires US citizenship and is located at a facility that requires special access.

Key Responsibilities

• Take part in bench-level testing of prototypes: configure instruments (oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, logic analyzers), collect data, and troubleshoot hardware issues.
• Support documentation: update design reports, test procedures, and compliance matrices.
• Take part in Performance Management Team (PMT) activities for process improvements.
• Follow safety, quality, and security protocols in all engineering activities.

Desired Skills

• Familiarity with microcontroller development (Arduino, STM32, PIC, etc.)
• Familiarity with RF communication concepts and protocols
