Job Description

Collaborate within an innovative lab environment, balancing focused coding sessions with active participation in ideation and product design. Explore and experiment with emerging AI technologies such as large language models, natural language processing (NLP), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), agentic AI, information retrieval, and computer vision, applying these technologies to prototype solutions for insurance challenges.

Develop and iterate on prototypes using Python, thriving in a fast-paced R&D setting with a start-up mentality. Build custom algorithms, uncover data-driven insights, and share findings with the team and stakeholders. Continuously sharpen your skills by embracing new technologies and participating in hackathons, meetups, and other learning opportunities.

You must be able to work full-time from January - June 2027. Working towards a Bachelor's, Master's or PhD Degree in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or another related technical field, with a strong academic record with a cumulative 3.0 GPA preferred. Relevant Internship or industry experience is strongly preferred. Fully authorized to work in the U.S. without restrictions.
