We are looking for talented students for the TDS Proteins AD HTP Co-Op in Malvern, PA.

• 2 vacancies are currently available.
• The Co-op term is typically six months, from January to June 2027 (flexible).
• Full-time requirement (40 hours per week), fully on-site.

Purpose

Support the TDS Proteins AD HTP team by contributing to analytical testing and protein characterization. This co-op provides hands-on experience in laboratory-based analytical development, supporting protein analysis, method development, and data interpretation in a collaborative research environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist scientists in analytical testing and characterization of protein-based materials.
• Perform laboratory experiments using chromatography and other analytical chemistry techniques.
• Support operation and maintenance of HPLC systems and related analytical instrumentation.
• Analyze, document, and communicate experimental results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on ongoing research and development projects.
• Maintain accurate laboratory records and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Take part in troubleshooting analytical methods and laboratory processes as needed.

Qualifications

• Completion of undergraduate freshman year at an accredited university is required.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher, reflecting all college coursework.
• No summer internship contract or other employment commitment that could interfere with the specified contract dates.
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biological Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related discipline.
• Experience with HPLC systems, chromatography techniques, and basic chemistry laboratory methods is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
