This role provides phone-based service to relationship teams. You will take several inbound service calls each day to address clients' financial needs. A key part of the job is deepening relationships by referring clients to specialized sales teams and serving as a central entry point into a fully licensed financial services career. Day-to-day work also includes managing products, trading in self-directed accounts, and keeping up with chat functionality and a wide range of products.

Responsibilities

• Identify client needs and find suitable solutions by referring sales opportunities to specialist and sales teams.
• Focus daily on service to sales with existing Merrill clients.
• Deliver exceptional client care, grow client relationships, and guide clients toward needs-based solutions that support their financial goals.
