Role Overview

As a Research Scientist specializing in Artificial Intelligence, you will lead projects across a range of AI and machine learning areas, creating and applying new techniques to solve complex analytical problems. You will use rigorous, quantitative methods to develop research algorithms and embed them in usable systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI Techniques: Create and apply AI techniques, including machine learning and NLP, to solve analytical problems with rigorous, quantitative methods.
• Conduct Experiments: Design and run experiments to demonstrate algorithm properties and assess their impact on user experiences.
• Embed Research Algorithms: Integrate research algorithms into usable systems, ensuring seamless functionality and strong performance.
• Communicate Research: Share findings with technical communities through publications in top-tier conferences and journals such as NIPS, CVPR, and ICML.
• Apply Expertise: Use frameworks such as TensorFlow, Caffe, PyTorch, or Theano to drive project success.

Preferred Experience

• Exposure to creating and applying AI techniques, including machine learning and NLP, to solve analytical problems.
• Experience designing and running experiments to demonstrate algorithm properties and evaluate their impact on user experiences.
• Exposure to integrating research algorithms into usable systems with strong functionality and performance.
• Experience sharing research findings with technical communities through publications in top-tier conferences and journals.
• Exposure to frameworks such as TensorFlow, Caffe, PyTorch, or Theano, and to developing and experimenting with algorithms.
