Job Description

Role Summary

Support product and solutions marketing through messaging, go-to-market analysis, competitive insights, and marketing content development across HPE portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Support the assigned business unit through research, analysis, and project coordination.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to ongoing activities as part of projects assigned.
• Participate in team activities by attending team meetings, learn about project methodologies, and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
• Identify and suggest implementation of specific changes to processes and tools to improve performance, efficiency, and customer/client satisfaction.
• Develop an understanding of internal and external relationships with stakeholders for performance expectations and needs.
• Fulfill tasks and responsibilities assigned by a supervisor in a timely and efficient manner.
• Participate in periodic reviews to share updates and incorporate feedback on assigned projects/initiatives.

Role-Specific Scope & Responsibilities

• Support marketing initiatives aligned to HPE Networking, Hybrid Cloud, Compute/AI, and related solution areas.
• Assist with market, customer, and competitive research to inform positioning and go-to-market decisions.
• Help develop and refine messaging, content, and supporting materials for product and solution launches or campaigns.
• Contribute to vertical and technical marketing projects that translate complex capabilities into customer-relevant value propositions.
• Support competitive-insight collection and synthesis for use by marketing and business stakeholders.
• Assist with SMB marketing, corporate alliance, or cross-portfolio initiatives as business priorities require.

Education & Experience

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related non-technical field.
• No prior experience required; previous internships or campus involvement is a plus.
• Preferred academic backgrounds for this role: Marketing, Communications, Business, Engineering, Product Management, or a related field.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Time management skills and working within defined timelines.
• A collaborative, solution-focused mindset and overall sense of urgency.
• Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
• Strong writing, research, and synthesis skills.
• Curiosity about enterprise technology and customer problems.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business language.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder-management skills.
• Comfort working with data, market research, and presentation development.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn and apply emerging technologies and AI-enabled tools where appropriate to the assigned work.
