Job Description

Responsibilities

• Support the assigned business unit through research, analysis, and project coordination.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to ongoing activities as part of projects assigned.
• Participate in team activities by attending team meetings, learn about project methodologies, and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
• Identify and suggest implementation of specific changes to processes and tools to improve performance, efficiency, and customer/client satisfaction.
• Develop an understanding of internal and external relationships with stakeholders for performance expectations and needs.
• Fulfill tasks and responsibilities assigned by a supervisor in a timely and efficient manner.
• Participate in periodic reviews to share updates and incorporate feedback on assigned projects/initiatives.

Role-Specific Scope & Responsibilities

• Support GEO marketing initiatives and help translate global priorities into regionally relevant execution plans.
• Assist with lead qualification, pipeline-related analysis, and reporting that improves visibility into marketing contribution.
• Support worldwide partner marketing initiatives, including partner activation, communications, and program analysis.
• Contribute to field-operations planning, documentation, and process improvement.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities to strengthen campaign adoption and go-to-market execution.
• Develop clear summaries, recommendations, and materials for field, partner, and GMC leadership audiences.

Education & Experience

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related non-technical field.
• No prior experience required; previous internships or campus involvement is a plus.
• Preferred academic backgrounds for this role: Marketing, Business, Communications, Data Analytics, Sales, or a related field.

• Time management skills and working within defined timelines.
• A collaborative, solution-focused mindset and overall sense of urgency.
• Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
• Strong business and analytical orientation.
• Interest in go-to-market, sales, channel, or partner ecosystems.
• Ability to organize complex information and identify actionable insights.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort collaborating across regions, functions, and stakeholders.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn and apply emerging technologies and AI-enabled tools where appropriate to the assigned work.
