What You'll Do

You will take on a challenging assignment or project that stretches your learning and skills while improving engineering processes and solving real problems. Candidates are expected to use AI and agentic AI frameworks in these assignments to drive measurable efficiency gains and technical progress. Example projects include:

• Testing of aeroderivative engines
• Project proposal and execution process improvement
• Component and system design and design processes
• Analysis tool design
• Operational process improvement

What Will Make You Stand Out

• Use of AI and agentic AI for automation and improvements to workflows and process flows
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with data analysis
• A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Genuine interest in contributing to innovative solutions
• Previous internship or project experience in engineering or operations
• Strong oral and written communication skills

Other requirements include willingness to take a drug test and submit to a background investigation as part of selection, being at least 18 years old, building and maintaining good customer relationships, having reliable transportation and a valid driver's license, and being willing to work in the geographic area specified by the business.
