About the Team

In this role, you will join IBM's US Federal team to deliver secure, mission-critical technology solutions for government agencies. You'll work with federal, state, and local clients while developing specialized expertise in government compliance and security standards. This role offers unique career growth in a high-demand sector where your contributions directly impact public services and government missions.

As a Federal Associate Consultant - Finance (Rocket Center, WV) at IBM, you'll work at the intersection of technology, people, and process, helping clients transform how they adapt to market shifts and align their business strategy and vision. You'll help clients understand leading technologies and their impact on traditional business processes, with the opportunity to build a powerful portfolio of interesting and rewarding experiences. In your role, you may be responsible for:

• Projecting the business value of a solution in client-relevant terms and driving adoption of KPI impact with key client stakeholders.
• Developing communications tailored to specific audiences while working in an agile, collaborative environment.
• Using IBM's Design Thinking to help solve client challenges and analyze data to support conclusions and strategies.

These positions are anticipated to start between July and September of 2027.
