Disney Consumer Products (DCP) brings Disney's stories, franchises, and characters to families and fans around the globe. Its global marketing organization has a major impact on The Walt Disney Company and the markets where it operates. The portfolio includes Disney, Pixar, Marvel, 20th Century Studios, National Geographic, and Star Wars.

As a Retail Creative Graphic Design Intern, you will work with a creative team to design and implement graphic packages across Disney destinations, supporting hundreds of retail locations.

This is a full-time, six-month internship in Orlando, FL, running from January 2027 to June 2027.

What You Will Do

You will help shape storewide graphic experiences across Disney destinations, including Walt Disney World, Disneyland, and Disney Cruise Line, supporting over 300 retail locations.

Day-to-day responsibilities may include:

• Supporting the Retail Creative Team in designing, producing, and implementing storewide graphic packages for over 300 retail locations within Disney Experiences
• Building environmental graphics that support new film and product strategies while following brand standards
• Helping implement site-specific and global graphic packages
• Coordinating fabrication of 2D or layered graphics with vendors on schedule, to specifications, and at a high quality standard
• Supporting the Global Retail Sign Program with updates as needed
• Preparing mechanical files, printing, and fabricating designs
• Coordinating and supporting the production and installation of Retail Creative park initiatives

Qualifications

Please apply if you have or are:

• Demonstrated knowledge of composition, hierarchy, and color theory, with a clear understanding of typography and layout
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Comfortable in a hands-on production environment with close attention to detail
• Proven organizational and time management skills, and a proven ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects with short deadlines
• Ability to explain conceptual and design decisions and to give and receive feedback regularly
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

It would also be great if you are:

• Experienced in a graphic production environment
• Familiar with project management software
• Interested in learning new software as needed (for example, motion graphics or 3D modeling)
