Test Engineer

We are expert engineers who develop test cases and test tools to ensure our products work and are compatible. We take part in the whole testing process, from preparing test and diagnostic programs to recommending changes in testing equipment procedures and designing new testing equipment.

What you will achieve

As a Test Engineer, you will develop and document test plans for new and current hardware and solutions products. You will partner with a test team during test execution and report results to development engineers and leadership. You will also work with external validation partners to build comprehensive test plans and test coverage across multiple test organizations.

You will:

• Provide test engineering support for manufacturing test processes, including weekends as needed
• Assist in collecting test requirements and creating basic test plans and test cases
• Follow risk management plans and execute test automation scripts
• Document test execution progress and issues
• Mentor and share best practices with test technicians

Essential Requirements

• Associate's degree in electronics, Computer Science, or a related field
• Understanding of server hardware and software system architecture and their interactions
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of computer network fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, VLANs
• Ability to read and understand technical documents

Desirable Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Familiarity with Linux operating system, commands, and utilities
