Test Engineer

When your products transform the way we live and work, nothing can be left to chance. Our Test Engineering team handles the testing, evaluation and validation of all our devices. We are expert engineers who develop test cases and test tools to confirm that our products function and work together correctly. We take part in the full testing process, from preparing test and diagnostic programs to recommending changes in test equipment procedures and designing new test equipment.

You will join our Manufacturing Engineering team in Franklin, MA, where you can do the best work of your career and make a meaningful social impact.

What you will achieve

As a Test Engineer, you will develop and document test plans for new and current hardware and solutions products. You will support a test team during test execution and report results to development engineers and leadership. You will also work with external validation partners to build complete test plans and test coverage across several test organizations.

You will:

• Provide test engineering support for manufacturing test processes, including weekends as needed
• Help collect test requirements and create basic test plans and test cases
• Follow risk management plans and run test automation scripts
• Document test execution progress and issues
• Mentor and share best practices with test technicians
