Job Description

AI Solutions Intern, Product & Content Management

Are you ready to help shape the future of AI? We are looking for a motivated AI Solutions Intern to join our team. You will work where product strategy, content management, product management and AI agent development meet, gaining hands-on experience that drives real business impact for our go-to-market (GTM) teams across sales and marketing.

This is not a "just observe and assist" internship. You will own a key workstream that contributes directly to the success of our AI-powered tool. Whether you are building an AI agent, optimizing metadata for discoverability, or analyzing performance metrics, your work will help our teams work smarter, faster and more creatively.

Key Responsibilities

Own a High-Impact Workstream

  • Agent Development: Build, refine and prepare an AI agent for production use, making sure it solves a real GTM need.
  • Content Source Integration: Assess, organize and clean new sales and marketing data sources to ensure hygiene, consistency and readiness for indexing into generative AI tools.
  • Metadata Optimization: Build and apply tagging structures that maximize discoverability, relevance and usability of GTM content within AI tools.
  • Governance Frameworks: Create and implement processes that maintain data integrity, compliance and security for GTM content sources.

Qualifications

Essential Requirements

  • Current undergraduate student graduating in December 2027 or May 2028.
  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Familiarity with generative AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, CoPilot) and proven experience using them to improve efficiency and effectiveness in academic and professional work.
  • Foundational knowledge of relational databases, data structures and metadata concepts.
  • Experience with Python and/or SQL for data analysis or automation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an ownership mindset, with the ability to work effectively within a team, manage deadlines, communicate timely updates and deliver a completed project with measurable results.

Desirable Requirements

  • Understanding of AI/LLM systems, including indexing, retrieval and inferencing.
  • Exposure to APIs, JSON or distributed data processing frameworks (e.g. Spark).
  • Experience with metadata tagging, taxonomy design or content governance.
