Health Summer 2027 Internship: Product & Agile Delivery

Position Summary

The Innovation & Technology Product & Agile Delivery Internship is a 10.5-week full-time opportunity running from May 24, 2027 through August 4, 2027.

This is a hybrid role. You will work 3 days per week (generally Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) in one of these offices: Hartford, CT; Dallas, TX; Scottsdale, AZ; or Woonsocket, RI. The other 2 days you may work remotely from home, the office, or another location of your choice. Relocation assistance is provided for candidates who need to move more than 50 miles.

Your Innovation & Technology experience also includes:

• The Leadership Insight Series, with leader spotlights and interactive Q&A sessions

• Additional learning on topics such as impactful presentations and storytelling, emerging technology, and AI tools

The hourly rate is $35.00 to $38.50 for 40 hours per week. The company observes July 4th as a holiday, and two days of paid leave are included. Final pay depends on the office location and team assignment. Corporate interns also have a higher likelihood of receiving an offer for a future role with CVS Health.

About this Business Area

These interns focus on understanding user needs and making sure the right solutions get delivered. They help define product requirements, improve customer experiences, support Agile teams, and work closely with engineering and business stakeholders.

You will gain hands-on experience by:

• Creating user stories and product requirements
• Conducting user research and journey mapping
• Managing and prioritizing product backlogs
• Supporting sprint planning and Agile ceremonies
• Designing workflows, prototypes, and digital experiences
