About the Role

Carrier is looking for a motivated, results-oriented college student to join the team for the summer of 2027. The internship offers practical, challenging and meaningful on-the-job experience, with the chance to apply knowledge and show strengths while helping Carrier achieve its business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects through the sales cycle
• Create estimates and proposals for projects
• Manage customer database in CRM

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant coursework or previous internships
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Self-driven and proactive
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
• Team player who collaborates well on projects

Other Compensation

This position may be eligible for short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements. This position is not eligible for Carrier benefits.
