About the Role

• Assist on projects under the guidance and mentorship of Carrier Product Engineers
• Work closely with cross-functional internal customers, including Manufacturing, Service, Sales, Sourcing, Marketing, Product Management, Legal and Safety, and Aftermarket, and present project updates to them
• Conduct technical reviews with key experts and prepare final presentations of solutions for key stakeholders

Key Responsibilities

• Gather key project information, such as CAD files, drawings, specifications, applications, costs, annual volumes and models used
• Evaluate the current and historical state of product designs
• Review relevant information to formulate potential solutions for Safety, Quality, Cost Reduction, Service or Aftermarket, manufacturing improvement, or customer special requests

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior internship experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of refrigeration principles and mechanical systems
• Demonstrated ability to deliver projects and tasks on schedule
• Practical application of textbook knowledge required
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Energetic team player with proven self-motivation
