Team Overview

This position sits within the Spares organization, a team of Supplier Account Managers who oversee designated suppliers within specific commodity areas. The team drives supplier performance across cost, delivery, and quality.

Key Responsibilities

As a sourcing intern, you will analyze demand forecasts and supplier capacity, identify potential gaps, and work with the Supplier Account Manager to develop and support gap-closure plans.

Technical Skills

• Ability to use Excel to run reports

Requirements and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field
• GPA of 3.0 or above preferred

Compensation depends on factors such as location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. Candidates may also be eligible for a bonus and stock award program, as applicable.
