Anduril Industries is a defense technology company working to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. Bringing the expertise and business model of leading 21st century companies to defense, Anduril is changing how military systems are designed, built and sold. Its family of systems runs on Lattice OS, an AI-powered operating system that turns thousands of data streams into a real-time, 3D command and control center.
What You'll Do
- Ownership: TPMs are owners. We look for people with a natural drive to take responsibility, healthy skepticism, and a commitment to high performance. Lead projects from start to finish with the customer and engineering team, develop the technical path to success, identify engineering needs, and validate the expected product outcome with the customer.
- Embed/Engage: Work side by side with customers to understand their mission challenges, representing their needs as you work with Anduril engineers to shape products that address critical national and international security challenges.
- Build/Orchestrate: Work with Anduril engineers to build solutions and adjust development as client needs change. Complex hardware and software products require coordination with nearly every internal team, including engineering, product, logistics, finance, legal, contracting, and technical operations. You will make sure each group stays engaged and informed.
- Plan: Develop, coordinate and communicate the path to success with internal and external partners. Work with clients and engineers to build sprint plans, execution plans and milestones.
- Grow our business through customer success: Alongside the operational and executive relationships you manage, you will meet commercial targets that drive top-line growth. This means building trust-based partnerships that help customers solve immediate problems and spot future opportunities where Anduril's technology can help them. Communicating Anduril's value proposition, from executives to end users, is central to positioning the company for the future.
