About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. The company values ambition, action, trust, and innovation, and looks for Trailblazers who want to better business and the world through AI while keeping Salesforce's core values at the center of their work.

The Experience

The team sits within a broader technology organization that supports professional services. It is taking ownership of tools end to end, from selection and rollout through adoption and eventual retirement. Enablement is moving from broad training toward targeted support for specific tool use cases. The team acts as an internal standards and systems group for professional services and works across globally distributed teams and partners.

The ideal candidate is interested in designing solutions for AI agents and helping employees use Salesforce's agentic products in new ways. Product Analysts gather requirements from end users and communicate with engineers and AI Product Managers to deliver the right agent features.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Analyze data, join discovery sessions, and take part in meetings to gather business needs and requirements for AI-powered workflows.
  • Help write functional specifications and user stories for new agentic capabilities based on user needs.
  • Write acceptance criteria for user stories, learning to define trigger conditions, response formats, and escalation logic.
  • Document and communicate the information engineers need to design agent solutions.
  • Keep pace with changing business requirements and work directly with engineers and AI Product Managers on the best solution.
  • Support UAT by drafting test scenarios, logging feedback and defects, and helping coordinate testing sessions.
  • Use Agile and iterative methods across the Agentic Delivery Lifecycle (ADLC).
  • Coordinate across professional services teams and with global vendors and systems integrators (such as PwC and Deloitte) in regions including Australia, Hyderabad, Dublin, London, Germany, and Israel.
  • Use AI-native tools (Agentforce, Cursor, Claude Code, Slackbot) as part of daily work, and learn core product management fundamentals such as product vision, product-market fit, total cost of ownership, press-release/FAQ documents, and user stories.

Unleash Your Potential

When you join Salesforce, you can grow in all areas of your life. Benefits and resources support balance, and AI agents help you accelerate your impact. Together, the team brings the power of Agentforce to organizations of all sizes.
