The AMERS Strategy & Change Management team is a small, high-impact group that drives strategic planning, leads large-scale change adoption, and helps consultants do their best work. The team suits people who thrive in high-visibility, dynamic environments.

Projects & Learning Opportunities as an Intern

• Strategic Planning & Execution: Turn leadership vision into clear, executable plans, hear leaders discuss strategic priorities firsthand, and produce documentation that brings clarity downstream.
• Change Management: Help design and support regional change strategies by researching best practices, building process documentation, and tracking adoption in the field.
• Project Management: Keep cross-functional work on track by managing timelines, organizing deliverables, and maintaining communication across regional teams and strategy functions.
• Content Creation & Communications: Help shape the voice of AMERS Professional Services by supporting podcast research, drafting executive communications, and building narratives around AI transformation and delivery outcomes.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Turn operational data into insight by supporting modeling exercises, building basic visualizations, and preparing presentation-ready materials for leadership.
• Process Documentation & Knowledge Management: Create, update, and maintain process documentation, training materials, and self-serve resources for AMERS Professional Services.
