About the Internship

Key's Enterprise Internship is a 10.5-week program that provides meaningful work, feedback, coaching, and engaging events. Interns work on projects that impact Key's business and strategic pillars, and they have networking opportunities with teammates across all levels. The program includes Learning Labs, a mentor, and a Capstone Project.

Commercial Banking

Commercial at Key offers financial solutions for middle market and institutional clients, including lending, treasury, and advisory support. The Commercial Bank plays a vital role in driving client success and contributing to Key's overall performance.

Job Responsibilities

• Analyze commercial loan requests, including reviewing financial statements, calculating key financial ratios, and assessing borrower integrity.
• Work with teams to ensure accuracy of credit system data.
• Coordinate with clients to collect financial statements for performance monitoring.
• Perform system maintenance with support partners and manage pipeline activities in Salesforce.
• Complete a Capstone Project involving credit, business analytics, and client deliverables.
• Support relationship management teams as needed.

Qualifications

• Completion of at least two years of an undergraduate degree with coursework in finance, accounting, economics, or data science (preferred), with graduation expected by May 2028.
• Minimum 3.3 GPA.
• Demonstrated leadership and teamwork.
• Strong quantitative and critical thinking skills.
• Highly motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Professional conduct.

Compensation and Benefits
