Opportunities Available

As a Customer Success Intern, you'll support the customer journey across digital education, customer success, and solutions architecture. You'll help create and enhance customer-facing training resources, including computer-based learning, instructor-led materials, tip sheets, and checklists, to help customers adopt and use solutions effectively.

• Partner with Customer Success Managers to support adoption, utilization, satisfaction, and long-term success.
• Help develop customer success plans, organize best practices, track follow-up actions, and prepare materials for customer conversations.
• Collaborate with customer stakeholders and cross-functional partners to understand challenges and identify opportunities to improve clinical and operational outcomes.
• Support the creation and improvement of digital training resources.
• Learn how Solutions Architects scope SmartHospital implementations by gathering requirements and organizing information for Statements of Work.
• Assist with implementation estimates, documentation, and internal coordination.
• Contribute to process improvements that strengthen customer experience and support deal velocity.

What You Need

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field; must remain enrolled in a degree-seeking program after the internship.
• Cumulative 3.0 GPA or above (preferred).
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and not require employment-based sponsorship now or in the future.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to collaborate and build relationships.
• Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment.
