Opportunities Available
As a Clinical Affairs intern at Stryker, you will:
- Work cross-functionally with R&D Engineering, Project Management, Health Care Solutions, Marketing, and Regulatory Affairs to support clinical research programs and understand the regulated clinical research landscape
- Perform clinical intelligence activities to understand available treatment options and clinical studies
- Accompany Clinical Research Associates to monitor clinical data at investigative sites
- Prepare literature review summaries for evaluating current clinical outcomes in recent trials
- Shadow Clinical Research Associates in cross-functional meetings to gain exposure to the collaborative clinical trial process
Compensation & Benefits
$20 to $35 hourly wage, sign-on bonus, 11 paid holidays annually, and either paid corporate housing or a living stipend depending on location.
What You Need
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field; must remain enrolled after the internship
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above (verified at hire)
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proven collaboration and relationship-building abilities
- Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment
