About the Role

As an Engineering Co-op here at Honeywell Technologies, you will gain hands-on experience by supporting the design, development, and implementation of engineering solutions that address real-world challenges across various business functions in the United States. This co-op offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with experienced engineers and contribute to impactful projects that drive innovation and operational excellence.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Impact Honeywell’s engineering initiatives by assisting in the development of quality, efficient, and safe engineering projects while learning to support continuous improvement efforts that enhance product and process performance.
• Assist in the design, development, and implementation of engineering projects across various disciplines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure engineering solutions align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Support the analysis of technical data and troubleshooting of engineering issues to optimize performance and reliability.

Location

This position is available in multiple locations across the United States. The exact worksite location will be selected based on business requirements and the candidate’s relevant experience and qualifications.

Compensation

The hourly base range for this position is $24.00/hr - $45.00/hr. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (or higher) from an accredited college or university in Technology, Engineering, or similar field
• Must graduate December 2027 or later
• Must continue enrollment in degree program upon completion of the co-op
• Validated academic excellence (3.0 GPA and higher)

Co-ops at Honeywell Technologies provide hands-on experience with cutting-edge technologies, professional development, and mentorship within a global organization. Co-ops will receive relocation benefits and short-term housing if they are 50 miles or more from their assigned work location (excluding Puerto Rico and Canada).
