We are seeking a Software Development Intern to join our ServiceNow Development Team in Durham, NC, with a hybrid work schedule.

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.

Job Responsibilities

• Participate in software development from requirements gathering to final product on the ServiceNow ITSM Module and Platform Integrations.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program in Software Engineering.

Additional Job Standards

• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Interest in IT Service Management tools and methodology.
• Proactive individual curious to learn how their work translates to user experience and operational efficiencies.
• Maintains professionalism, including punctuality and appropriate conduct.

About the Team

The ServiceNow development team supports the overall ServiceNow platform, development, business requirements, security, CMDB, and overall health and maintenance of the platform, serving 65,000 users and 3,800 IT professionals for IT Service Management.

• Compensation: Paid internship; relocation assistance available for qualified candidates.
• Eligibility: Preferred candidates are rising juniors and seniors (Dec 2027 through June 2029 graduation) currently enrolled in a relevant degree program; all current students pursuing related studies are encouraged to apply.
• This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
