Enterprise AI Intern

The Role

We are looking for an AI Enablement intern to join our Enterprise AI team in the New York City metro area. You will own a backlog of prioritized use cases and deliver them end to end, from requirements gathering with business stakeholders through solution design, build, testing, rollout and adoption tracking. You will work directly with the business teams who use what you build, and partner with our Platform & Tools function to build on the firm's shared AI infrastructure rather than rebuilding it. This is a conversion-track role, and strong performers are considered for a full-time offer at the end of the program.

What You'll Do

You will take each prioritized AI use case from idea to adoption. That includes working with business stakeholders to gather and sharpen requirements, designing a fitting solution, building and testing it, rolling it out to users, and tracking adoption and impact after launch. You will work closely with Platform & Tools, using shared services, APIs, SDKs and evaluation tooling, and share feedback on what your use cases need from the platform.

You will learn from senior team members how to deliver AI solutions that last in a fast-paced, technology-driven investment environment. You will also have chances to network with peers throughout the internship.

About the Internship

Kick-start your career in finance with the Schonfeld Summer Internship. Over 10 weeks, you will build solutions for real-world challenges and make a lasting impact on the firm. You will join a close-knit team, with a dedicated manager and a mentor to guide your development during and beyond the program. You will also connect with senior leaders through learning sessions, attend hands-on skills workshops, network at social events and see how the firm's various functions work together.
