The role sits where HSE and Process Excellence meet, offering hands-on work with operational improvement tools, training development, data analytics, and field-based safety initiatives.

About Sanofi

  • Assist with incident investigations, root-cause analysis, and corrective and preventive actions.
  • Conduct safety observations, risk assessments, and workplace inspections alongside HSE professionals.
  • Take part in HSE champion meetings, help prepare materials, and track action items.
  • Help develop and deliver safety training content, toolbox talks, and awareness materials.
  • Maintain HSE documentation, records, and dashboards to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.

Process Excellence and Continuous Improvement

  • Support process mapping, gap assessments, and workflow optimization within HSE activities.

  • Help create or improve digital tools, templates, and standardized processes for the HSE team.
  • Partner with cross-functional groups such as Operations, Quality, and Facilities to align HSE projects with broader site objectives.

Engagement and Communications

  • Help design communication materials that promote safety culture, such as posters, newsletters, and campaigns.
  • Take part in safety-related events, audits, and engagement activities.
  • Support new program rollouts through data collection, document updates, and stakeholder coordination.
