Sanofi is seeking a motivated graduate level co-op for its Early-Stage Drug Product Development (EDPD) team in Framingham, MA. The role offers hands-on experience in protein stability assessment and analytical method application within biopharmaceutical development.

Over this 6-month project, the co-op will work on biopharmaceutical development, analytical method application, and data-driven decisions supporting formulation and process development. The co-op will also support cycle-1 studies such as in-use studies, formulation development, and process development.

Main Responsibilities

• Act as an analytical contributor supporting the Research-to-Development transition of biologic drugs and helping lay the foundation for commercial formulations.
• Contribute to developability assessments, preformulation studies, and formulation and DP process development.
• Support innovation projects on the molecular determinants of high concentration solution behavior (viscosity, opalescence, phase separation) and other patient-centric product development areas.
• Present data to department and project teams.
• Initiate, design, and perform technology development experiments.
• Ensure thorough and compliant experimental data capture.
