The Futureforce University Recruiting program focuses on attracting, retaining and developing talent. The Experience

Salesforce AI Labs is looking for exceptional emerging AI and computer science talent for a highly selective, 24-month rotational fellowship. The program is built to develop the next generation of AI builders.

Fellows complete four six-month rotations, where they tackle real technical and customer challenges, build with frontier AI technologies, and ship solutions into production at enterprise scale. Fellows work alongside experienced researchers, engineers and technical leaders, with access to AI-native development tools and large scale compute, and take meaningful ownership of what they build.

The four rotations cover the AI lifecycle:

• Build (Product Engineering): Design, build and ship AI-powered products, developing deep expertise in production-scale engineering.
• Shape (Product Management): Turn customer needs into product strategy, define priorities and shape the next generation of AI products.
• Deliver (FDE / Builders): Work directly with customers to develop and deploy AI solutions for real business challenges.
• Transform (DET / Customer Zero): Rethink enterprise workflows and operations, using AI to drive transformation at scale.

The rotations expose Fellows to different AI teams, technologies and problems while building technical depth, adaptability and a product mindset. After completing the fellowship, Fellows move into high-impact AI teams across Salesforce.

What You Will Be Doing

• Build and ship AI solutions: design, prototype and deploy AI-powered applications, agents and enterprise solutions.
• Work across AI Labs with teams developing AI agents, process generation and conversational AI.
• Partner with enterprise customers alongside field, product and engineering teams to build, customize and deploy AI solutions.
• Own end-to-end development, from concept through experimentation and development to production deployment.
• Turn customer insights and technical discoveries into product improvements and new AI experiences.
