Industrial Engineer Co-Op (Summer/Fall 2027)

What You Will Do

• Work with our two Industrial Engineers to support the Receiving Inspection and Inventory teams so equipment keeps running as needed.
• Help improve process efficiency for the Logistics team.
• Learn how CORE applies to our processes.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related STEM major, and actively enrolled through the completion of the internship or co-op session.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Experience presenting production metrics or project updates to cross-functional teams or leadership using data visualization tools.

Experience may be gained through on-the-job work, research, coursework or projects.

This is an onsite role. Some steps of the interview process may be conducted in person at an RTX office, regardless of role type.
