What You Will Do

• Support manufacturing processes, including equipment, floor layouts, work sequences, work instructions, procedures and workflow.
• Conduct studies on cost control, productivity, cost reduction, inventory and production record systems.
• Review products and processes for quality, safety and producibility risks, and work with design teams to make changes that remove those risks.
• Design and 3D print fixtures and tooling that support process improvements.
• Independently resolve complex, challenging problems.
• Develop tactical plans for day-to-day challenges.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong background in Root Cause Analysis.
• Experience with CAD software.

The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD to 82,000 USD, a good faith estimate covering all experience levels. Pay depends on factors including the role, responsibilities, work experience, location, education and key skills. Hired applicants may be eligible for medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible schedules, parental leave, paid time off and holidays. Benefits vary by business unit and collective-bargaining coverage.

Hired applicants may also be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive programs. Payments are not guaranteed and depend on individual, business unit and company performance.
