Job Description & Summary

As a Detroit DAT Intern, you will engage in a dynamic learning environment, gaining exposure to PwC's practices and methodologies. Responsibilities

• Supporting audit teams in conducting independent assessments of financial reporting
• Participating in the application of auditing methodologies to enhance transparency and compliance
• Observing and learning from experienced auditors to gain insights into regulatory requirements
• Assisting in the evaluation of internal controls and governance frameworks
• Engaging in basic tasks related to data quality assurance and validation processes
• Collaborating with teams to apply cloud engineering principles in audit processes
• Contributing to the development and testing of artificial intelligence platforms for audit purposes
• Gathering information to analyze facts and discern patterns in financial data
• Applying a learning mindset to develop personal and professional skills in audit and assurance

What You Must Have

• Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer and Information Science, Information Technology
• At least a 3.0 overall GPA
• Before starting full-time at PwC, meet the educational requirements to be eligible to sit for the CPA exam in your intended state of employment or the educational requirements for licensure as a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
• Client service intern positions are considered entry-level roles. Candidates are typically in their third year of a four-year degree program or fourth year of a five-year program at the time of application

Travel Requirements: Up to 20%

The salary range for this position is: $29.25 - $48.00. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
