As an Audit Korean Business Network Intern, you will engage in financial statement audits, gaining exposure to PwC's methodologies and practices. You will support teams by participating in projects that focus on enhancing transparency and compliance with regulatory requirements, allowing businesses to concentrate on their growth. As an intern, you will observe and learn from experienced professionals, contributing to the team's success through basic tasks and research. Responsibilities

• Supporting audit teams in conducting financial statement audits for Korean business clients
• Participating in the review and verification of financial documents to validate compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS)
• Assisting in the application of auditing methodologies to enhance the accuracy and reliability of audit processes
• Engaging in data analysis and interpretation to identify financial trends and insights
• Collaborating with team members to document processes and maintain data quality and security
• Utilizing technical accounting skills to address complex transactions and reporting issues
• Observing and learning from experienced auditors to gain exposure to PwC's practices and methodologies
• Applying a learning mindset to develop personal and professional skills in a supportive environment

What You Must Have

• Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• At least a 3.0 overall GPA
• Demonstrated ability to communicate (i.e., read, write, speak) with business level fluency in Korean and English
• Before starting full-time at PwC, meet the educational requirements to be eligible to sit for the CPA exam in your intended state of employment
• Client service intern positions are considered entry-level roles. Candidates are typically in their third year of a four-year degree program or fourth year of a five-year program at the time of application
