Immerse yourself in a Monday-Friday Co-Op session, that will run from January to June (it is expected students will take this time off from coursework to fully engage with this working mentorship opportunity).

This position will sit at our Aguadilla, PR location. You must be residing in Puerto Rico at the time of starting employment. Relocation is not offered.

What you will do:

  • Coordinate and oversee administrative and operational aspects of ongoing projects within program guidelines, while also liaising between project management, planning, and line management.
  • Help coordinate the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets, and financial terms/conditions of contract.
  • Monitor and assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer-satisfaction goals and objectives.
  • Participate in engineering activities that further the success of overall project objectives.
  • Participate in the coordination, preparation, and maintenance of project plans, budgets, and staffing requirements to ensure that all action item lists are completed and project quality expectations are met.
  • English (read, write, speak) is required when communicating with customers, co-workers, or supervisors who only speak English.

Qualifications you must have:

  • Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the information under this program/contract.

We've introduced role types to help you understand how you will operate in our blended work environment. This position is classified: Hybrid. Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. This means that responsibilities of the job need to be performed onsite in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico on a regular basis with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote following the schedule assigned by the Manager.
