Co-Op Session
Immerse yourself in a Monday-Friday Co-Op session that will run from July to December. It is expected students will take this time off from coursework to fully engage with this working mentorship opportunity.
This position will sit at our Aguadilla, PR location. You must be residing in Puerto Rico at the time of starting employment. Relocation is not offered.

What You Will Do
- Assist in collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement efficient DevSecOps pipelines tailored to software development needs.
- Support the development of automated testing, continuous integration, and continuous delivery processes to enhance efficiency and accelerate software development cycles.
- Help implement and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines, shaping the future of software delivery.
- Assist in selecting, configuring, and integrating tools to enhance software development flow, optimizing productivity and performance.
- Work closely with DevOps managers and relevant teams to understand and adapt DevOps practices, ensuring alignment with specific program needs.
- Provide support in DevSecOps implementation to assist software teams in adopting DevSecOps tools and best practices.
- Enable development teams to automate artifact generation and manage product lifecycles efficiently.
- Assist in automating software releases while ensuring quality, cybersecurity, and safety requirements are met.
- Support behavioral- and test-driven development practices to enhance software design, implementation, and test automation.
- Help design, develop, and maintain dashboards that display DevSecOps metrics, performance measures, and indicators of continuous improvement.
- English (read, write, speak) is required when communicating with customers, co-workers, or supervisors who only speak English.
Qualifications You Must Have
- Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in software or computer engineering.
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
Qualifications We Prefer
- Familiarity with containerization, orchestration, and security practices in DevSecOps environments.
- Some knowledge of aerospace, defense, or medical devices with a focus on secure software development and compliance standards.
Work Environment
This position is classified as Hybrid. Employees in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. This means responsibilities of the job need to be performed onsite in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico on a regular basis with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote following the schedule assigned by the Manager.
