Co-Op Program

Immerse yourself in a Monday-Friday Co-Op session that will run from January to June. It is expected students will take this time off from coursework to fully engage with this working mentorship opportunity.

This position will sit at our Aguadilla, PR location. You must be residing in Puerto Rico at the time of starting employment. Relocation is not offered.

What you will do

• Assist in conducting engineering processes and standard work, including verification and qualification procedures.
• Create, compile and consolidate testing on diagnostic systems containing logical and mathematical solutions.
• Assist in conducting disciplinary research on one or more stages of the equipment design phase to develop design options and recommendations.
• Learn hardware and software standards and ensure work product adheres to these standards and business objectives of the organization.
• English (read, write, speak) is required when communicating with customers, co-workers, or supervisors who only speak English.

Qualifications you must have

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in software or computer engineering or computer sciences.
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the information under this program/contract.

Work Arrangement

This position is classified as Hybrid. Employees in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. Responsibilities of the job need to be performed onsite in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico on a regular basis with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote following the schedule assigned by the Manager.
